JLL’s Resorts & Hospitality Group introduced immediately that it organized a sale on behalf of the vendor of the dual-branded resort Aloft/Factor Arundel Mills BWI Airport in Hanover, Maryland, to Spark GHC.
The Aloft consists of 142 guestrooms, and Factor has 147 guestrooms. Key facilities embody an indoor pool, health heart, 24/7 market, visitor laundry and assembly house.
